Any and all messages need to be sent ONLY using our contact form on the website.
SHIPPING
Any item bought with a preorder will also ship with the preorder.
Example: You buy a cup, cactus teether, and a preorder for a pair of pajamas. ALL items will ship at the same time.
We are more than happy to send your items in more than one shipment, but it will incur an additional shipping charge.
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Defects must be noted within 5 days of receipt of item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will cover return shipping if the item return is due to a fault on our end (wrong size was sent, item was damaged, etc). Customer will be responsible for return shipping for other return reasons (did not like the item, want to exchange for a different item, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we ever happen to send you the wrong order then we will send you a return label and once you drop that off at the post office and we will get the correct item out to you ASAP.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders and personalized items . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Preorders are also not eligible for cancellations.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the contact us feature on the site.
